Homemade anti static wrist straps?

How do you make homemade anti static wrist straps?

just go buy one it's so cheap. but if you want to make one then you have to have a metal piece glued on a Velcro or elastic and attach the metal piece to a wire which then hooks up to a 3 prong plug. hook/solder the wire onto the green ground wire. that is the best way to be grounded. or instead of the 3 prong plug just attach an alligator clip and attach the clip to the chassis/case.
