  1. My hamster has never chewed through plastic but has attempted to, the holes will suffice for ventilation, but make sure that the hamster's head can't get through it otherwise it will get out!

  2. that is so mean having it in a bin !!! why dont you get a cage like normal people do then she will have proper lighting and air

  3. Well they actually are pretty good since they have great space but you MUST make sure that you escape proof it or else she MAY be able to escape, They will not chew through the bin (i know someone who keeps there grande syrain in a home-made cage and he doesnt even try and chew it) It would be ok, but you might not see your hammie as well, but if you must you must, dont listen to the people who say omg no you cant do thats, thats not good ventilation , well their wrong its good enough ventilation

  4. you should probably buy a cage, so that you know its safe.

  5. I had a mouse and he chewed through the platic on a rolling ball got out and died I have no idea what got it but he died this morning sometime I also had a plastic cage he got out or chewed through it im gonna buy a hammie when I get so cash buy a cage rather then make on it's safer and a less likely he'll escape because they like to find a way out and die some where down the line
