  1. Hello

This you will get in super Market or Stationary Stores.

  2. Get yourself a old mattress and tape up your knuckles so you wont get burned.

Seriously though, you could get a used bag for $50 out of the newspaper.

  3. Put an advertisement on Craig's List asking for a punching bag.  If you live in a well-populated area, you will almost certainly find someone who is willing to give you one for free; there are plenty of people who would love to have you take one off their hands, if you're willing to cart it away for them.

Making your own heavybag isn't as easy as it sounds.  Packing it evenly is the problem -  it's either too light, or it has hard spots.

I've never seen a homemade punching bag that was any good.  When I was younger, I wrapped some paper shopping bags around a thick post and covered them with sisal rope.  I used to punch it pretty hard, but it wasn't very useful and I wasn't very smart back then.  Maybe you can get some medium-density foam and wrap it around a post, then secure it with duct tape?

I included a link below to an article that explains how to construct a Okinawan-style makiwara, or punching post.  Makiwaras are traditional, but they are nowhere as useful as a good punching bag.

  4. If you have a backyard

Make a hole on the ground and put a steel stick in that hole. After you have put the steel stick, put cement on the bottom, so the stick stays still. After that you can make your own punching bag  out of anything that will cushion your punches, and attach it to the pole. That's what I did when I was younger.
