Homemade salsa served on tri-tip steak? Pico sauce?

my friend used to make this great homemade pico sauce, he called it. Cilantro, tomatoes, and red onions...anything else?

here is what I put in my salsa

Tomatos

Onions

Jalapeno

Cilantro

Lime Juice

Salt & Pepper to taste

Pico de gallo.  It is fantastic on grilled tri-tip, a.k.a Santa Maria style from the Central CA coast town where it was invented.

Your salsa is missing a little chopped jalepeno for taste, optional bit of garlic and some salt.

In our tradition we use it for cook outs any family gatherings. Its called Pico De Gallo

Ingredients are  

1. Serrano peppers, or any kind of peppers(as long as their hot.

2.onion -any kind of onion , traditionally its white onion

3. cilantro

4.lemons- depending on the serving (what you want to add.

This is awesome with chips and beer  just to kick it w/ any friends or gatherings.
