Homemade unsweet tea vs water for a diet drink?

I was wondering what the difference was between homemade unsweetened tea(not green) and water was for a diet drink I know about the caffeineBut I drink alot of tea and wonder if Im not losing weight because I do not drink 8 to 10 glasses of plain water.

  1. Well tea is beneficial for us but we only need a few servings a day of it. 50mg of caffeine per serving. So the maximum you could safely consume in a day is 6. Plus caffeine dehydrates us and depletes us of calcium and B vitamins.

    Water is much better. It is a natural energizer and increases metabolism by 3%. This is better for weight loss. The best weight loss program will include some sort of workout so water is essential becasue it helps to eliminate toxins that working out creates. It really helps to flush our system and keep us going.


  2. Unsweetened tea has no calories, it does have caffeine. It also has antioxidants as well  

  3. well water has nothing in it youll gain no weight but idk know about tea cause i only like apple flavored brisk
