Homeopathy sulphur 200ch?

Question

I have been taking sulphur 200ch for a few months now (constitutional remedy)....I have really bad acne and little white heads(gross), all over my back...I am in my 30's and have had good skin my whole life....Can sulphur cause this...and is it a good thing...is it detoxing me...I'm on the remedy for other symptoms....not the acne...thanks

How can you make a statement , like that about Homeopathy, that they are only water ?  have you used remedies before ? but, is such a harsh statement too make .
