  1. I homeschool in KY. I have never heard of such a thing. You are required to keep records of your attendance and your grades. The state only has a right to investigate if there is something fishy about the circumstance of your HS. (Yes, the law is that vague, and genuinely so I think.) You must send them a letter of intent within two weeks of the start of school each year stating your grade, birthday, address, teacher's name and your name. You are considered a private school, while maintaining the 4th amendment rights of a private home. You must teach the basic subjects that are taught in public school, but not exactly as they are taught. You do not have to pass a test or the like to keep HSing. They cannot "put you back in school", unless there is some other detail that you have not told us. You need to see a lawyer.

  2. I dont know if they have one for kentucky buuuut, theres this school where, you do all your work at home, online, kind of like online college except, its for grades k-11 (so far) you can check it out, they reimburse you for internet and, send you everything your going to need, including a computer=-)

  3. Not sure. I live in Kentucky, but I've never heard of that. I'm assuming you weren't doing your work properly, or not sending in what you were supposed to. There IS a program in Richmond, its called Harvest Academy. I almost went there for High School. Its basically home schooling, but you only go like 2 days a week I believe. Its a Christian program though, not sure how you feel about that.
