I'm in Corpus Christi, Tx and want to homeschool my son who will be attending high school next school year... My question is is there places in my city where I can pay a fee and send him for extra help in Math. Also I need websites where he can do his work and where the website will monitor and keep his work in case anyone should come knocking on my door.

  1. maybe homeschooling is not the road to take especially since he's in high school.....you could take him to sullivan if that is any help but let him take his first year of highschool in school

  2. Nobody is going to come knocking on your door in Texas. If you are a bona fide homeschooler, you are considered a private school. You do as you please. Including hiring a tutor to help him out with whatever you don't feel you can help him with.

As for an online program, you'll have to pay and enroll him in an online school, like http://www.keystonehighschool.com/ . But you don't have to do that if you don't want to. You can set up your own program, choose your own resources and issue him a diploma.
