Homeschool question..?

i'm sixteen and i live in southern new hampshire, i moved from california when i was 13. i know that new england has the best school systems, and the school i'm currently attending for finishing year ten, is the best in the state. but i just feel like i'm not getting enough, and i want to take charge of my education, not have teachers tell me what i can and can't do. i've been thinking about homeschool..a have tons of friends who do homeschool and they say they like it much better, and they can control what they're doing. and they said that even though you don't have a normal class day everyday, it's more easier because you have a tutor so it's one on one.

i just wanted peoples opinions about homeschooling and if it's an okay idea to start homeschooling halfway through highschool. and if you know any organizations in southern nh, that would really help me.

thanks!

  1. Here in Illinois, you can start community college at 16.

I am not sure which hoops you would need to jump through to receive PELL.

So at age 18, you would already have an associate degree!

  2. 1 home skooling any time is good

2 it is eirer and if you exsplain what you have explained to us

3the fact that it is eairer and one on one ives you more time to learn more things

home skool is perfect and ....... good luck

  3. I think it sounds like a great idea for you.  You can start homeschooling at any time.

In order to homeschool, especially through high school, you need to be motivated and focused - you seem to be both.  There are TONS of opportunities that are open to homeschoolers (including early college enrollment) that are not open to most public and private school kids.
