  1. I think I would design it myself on a word processor, that way it could be only as in depth as you wanted. You could use the one you found for ideas, but only use what you like about it and leave the rest.

  2. If you go to http://www.notebookingpages.com/index.ph... , you'll find lots of free notebook pages that she can journal on.  There are those that she can illustrate and journal on, as well.

Honestly, I just log them into my son's tracker software, but it would also be great to have her illustrate and narrate to keep a record :-)

  3. Instead of documenting I'd have her write an essay or report on what she saw and use that.

It also helps with english grammar and composition skills.

I don't understand why people miss the boat on the education process.

You see a movie and just want to log it in, instead of evaluating how much was retained and what was learned.

You also side step writing, which is an important aspect of education.

  4. I personally love this site:

    http://www.chasesc.com/forms.html#17

It has a million and one different forms, such as book reports, trip reports etc. I think it is from a SC homeschool organization, and even though I'm in NJ and don't "need" to keep track of anything for the state, I love to for my own sanity. It helps me to look back when I feel like we haven't accomplished anything and see how much we really have been doing!

  5. Sorry, I can't help you here.  Wish I could, but I don't have the information you are looking for.

    God Bless

  6. I use Homeschool Tracker.  It lets you enter info on movies watched, but it also has a daily journal if you want to add more detail.
