  1. mind maps can be very useful along with highlighters and post-it notes. Try high lighting  key info (if your allowed to with your books) or writing  the info on post-its. If you need to remember things like historical events or create a story, mind map.

1 thing to always remember is that it dosn't matter if you fail. sometimes its better as you can see what went wrong last time and correct it. one of the things school makes you believe is that you have to suceed to get anywhere in life, which is compleat rubbish.

Some home education corses allow you to retake the corse or get your money back if you fail.

Qualifications only look good on paper. sometimes  it dosn't matter even if you only scrape through with the lowest mark possible.

Are you sure u only have 3 weeks. I'd be very suprised to find you only had a few months to get through 15 books.

I started last year and will be taking 3/5 subjects next year. (talking of which, I'm meant to be working).

    Good luck

  2. SOunds like you should do public or private schol because your not studying...

Anyways, you should set targets, study hard. Do a book a day Mon-Fri. That will get you done. With in three weeks, by the end of every week you dont get all 5 ooks done, then study on the weekend. Theres not other way really to do this. I would just flat out study, you can't skim your way through school...

  3. That's what summer school is for.  Complete the books, there is no "fast" way to do it.  Technically you have all summer !

  4. It sounds like you are not doing homeschooling but some other form--correspondence or something.

If it were me, I'd make sure to do 5 books a week (15 books a week divided by 3 weeks is 5 books a week). Yes, it'd mean working my butt off each day for the next 3 weeks, but I'd do it.

I'd get up early, have breakfast and a good morning routine, then I'd get to work no later than 8am, earlier if possible. I'd take a short break every hour. I'd take an hour break at lunch (so, 4 hours of work), then I'd work again from 1-4, taking breaks every hour (never more than 10-15 minutes at a time). I'd take from 4-6 off, assuming I'd be eating supper during that time, then I'd work another couple of hours after supper. I'd do this 6 days a week. If I could see after the first couple of days it wasn't enough, I'd do another 3-hour stretch after supper and/or work every day. But I'd make sure to have sufficient breaks each day, and take at least one afternoon off a week to help prevent burnout.
