Now that my nerdness ahs been exposed (honey, where you been lol), and I'm not volunteering my recipe...what's your fave hockey snack recipe?

Real hockey Q: In the time that you have been a serious hockey fan, who has been your team (or h**l, any other team's) coach that you liked the best and why? Who was the worst?

  1. Best - Badger Bob Johnson because he brought the Pens our first cup.  I also like John Tortorella for his "safe is dead" philosophy.  If more coaches adopted that attitude, the NHL would be a better league for it.  Even though this goes against my reasons for liking Tortorella, Michel Therrien is one of my favorite coaches.  I like the discipline and defensive responsibility that he brought to the club.  Also, his rant from his first year of coaching where he pretty much called out the whole team is priceless.  And I'm a homer.

Least - Ken Hitchcock.  Once again, I'm a homer and I absolutely hated him when he was coaching the Flyers.  For some reason I don't have the same hatred for John Stevens that I did for Hitchcock.  Maybe that will build with time.
