Homework Help in Geography PLEASE?

Question

Ok, I really don't know what to say in this question, so please don't say I'm stupid. I think for me it's confusing...

What questions might you ask about a place to learn what makes that place unique?

In my opinion i would ask what are some famous landmarks in that area, or some nice restaurants to see what their culture eats, or you could ask what the weather is like there usually...just stuff like that i would imagine that i went to some place i have never been and i was looking for something fun to do!! that would get you a lot of questions to answer your question!! lol

I might ask about landmarks (man-made or natural) or landforms (rivers, lakes, oceans, mountains etc.)  You could ask about elevation (relative to sea level) or its position (latitude/longitude) to determine something about its climate.  You could also ask about exports/agricultural products (for example, Blue Mountain coffee comes only from Jamaica, and the soil composition gives the beans a particular flavor.

I hope I understood correctly and this gives you a starting point.
