  1. Not a very clear question...

Convection is the circulation/movement of warm air, and depending on where in the world you are and what the synoptic set up is at the time, this can occur in many different ways. Also, you can't "convect" pressure, that just doesn't make sense.

Advection is the movement of a fluid (air can be treated as a fluid). Air will always move from high pressure to low pressure, with a slight offset due to friction and Coriolis force depending where in the world you are. Once again, it does not make sense to "advect" pressure.

  2. Hello :),

The easy answer to your question is:

A: Low Pressure Gradients will support convection due to increased lift indices (Upward Vertical Motion). Convection is the upward movement of air parcels.

B:Advection is supported by both High and Low Pressure gradients, because this of course is the horizontal movement of air. You can determine advection on a weather map by looking for boxes that the isotherms and isobars make. In layman's terms look for the green and black lines on a weather map. The more tightly packed they are, the stronger the advection is.

Both warm and cold air can be advected.

I hope I have helped you in some way.
