The manufacturer is telling you that this product is going to be more expensive than other brands because it is alleged to offer more containment of your trash than its competitors.  They may have proof of their claim but it is a sales ploy to make you think they are better than the competition.  You then have to weigh in the factor of the extra cost to determine if you should buy the more expensive or the less expensive and either believe their claim by your patronage or purchase the less expensive brand and hope the 30% claim was unfounded.
