for my spanish class we have this worksheet,and it gives us a wordbank with words & the directions says For each vowel ,find two words from the box that have that have that vowel sound.find one word with the vowel sound as a stressed syllable,and one with the vowel sound in an unstressed syllable.Some words may be used more then once.

I just need some examples of what a stresed vowel is and an unstressed vowel ,in spanish.

Is the worksheet about the sound of vowels with accents?  If so, any vowel with an accent over it is stressed.

If not, the "a" sound in "gato" is stressed.  Say it out loud and listen for what part of the word you say harder, or stressed (it's the "ga"). Unlike gato, the "a" sound in "perra" is unstressed because the "perr" is pronounced as stressed. Hope this helps!
