Homing Pigeon?

Does anyone know the site to return a homing pigeon to its owner. Or a phone number. Cause a just caught a homing pigeon thats been in my yard for about 2 weeks. Its now in a cage waiting to be picked up.

Check the band number.  If you're in the States it will start with either IF or AU.  If IF go to http://www.ifpigeon.com  and if AU go to http://www.pigeon.org  If you're in Canada or near the border there and the bird is banded CU, then check out http://www.canadianracingpigeonunion.com

Look for the Band List link at each site and search by the year and next letters on the band, e.g., AU 08 POM that will get you to the club secretary for the bird in question

BTW - if the band begins with NBRC, then it's a roller and not a homer and you can check at the NBRC site: http://www.nbrconline.com
