Homosexuality is it natural and wrong?

during a recent debate on british tv a member of the panel stated that he believed homosexuality wasn't wrong as long as it was between consenting adults, it certainly wasn't natural as ithe act cannot produce children, and the only reason we are on earth is to produce children, to continue the human race. what do you think

i think your not very educated. homosexuality exists in the natural animal kingdom as well as in man kind.

in fact, in early history men would be out in the field or on commando for many years and all of them would take male lovers. the only time men would go with a woman would be to get her pregnant and then go right back out to war or hunting trip etc..

women were used as vessels for bearing children and as soon as the woman was pregnant the men would leave them and go back to their male lovers. this was true in recent history of the Trojans.

Homosexuality is a completly normal way of being. I do not care what anyone says about it, for it is normal and I am for nopt against it. I think that everyone has rights and I believe that love is love no matter what. The bible bashes it because back then people were very superstitious and thought of it as sick or odd like most do today. Only because the bible states that it is wrong does not mean it is wrong for the bible is not the words of the christian version of god, for no one really does know what our god or gods like and dislike anyway. The bible is what people have said, the higher power or powers did not come from wherever it be and write it down. And another thing, does the bible not say, thou shalt not judge? For someone who doesn't read the bible and who does not have a religion, I'm pretty d**n good at proving a point. If one were not to judge for it be a sin, then why do some people say that god hates this and god despises that when god does not believe in judging? The bible also says the world is flat, that was before people knew it was round, so technically it is what the people then believed, we do not know what the higher power believes, that's why you either have faith or you cease to worry so much about it. And one more thing, people are alot of the times, born homosexual. there have been children as young as four interested in boys, not girls therefore they grow up homosexual, some grow up and never find anything attractive of the opposite s*x but the same s*x they fall in love with. It's normal, it is nature. There are even a few types of animals who are like that as well. It is scientifically proven. So believe what you want, hate what you want, or love what you want. I say it is normal, love is love, why bash other people's ways of being?

If you are going to down homosexuals then don't complain if someone downs you for being heterosexual.

Its a chromosome and hormonal challenge.. I think its natural , however i totally know there are hetreo people who enjoy bisexual lifestyles by choice sexually. That is different that gender associations with g*y.

Also it is said by researchers, that children who were sexually abused or molested may also participate in the homosexual activity by habit or fear.

My being g*y is So natural that to believe anything else would be a falsehood. I started noticing other boys when I was around 10. I have never been molested, and had never even heard of homosexuality till I was around 17. By that time I already knew what I was just didn't know it had a name. God doesn't make mistakes. What about the straight couples who chose never to have kids? Are they some sort of abomination? Or the straight couples in which one person is physically incapable of having children? That's not their fault.  Seems extremely ignorant to make that comment.  Not to mention, or world is completely overpopulated so there is NO NEED for everyone to have children.

And - as long as there are g*y women who want to be pregnant and men who are willing to donate sperm - g*y couples will have children.

The word natural means that it occurs in nature, and guess what........IT DOES! We most certainly are not on this earth for sole reason of producing children. If that was the case then people wouldn't be infertile.

The argument that s*x is only for procreation effectively says that humans are only here to create other humans -- in effect, that we're merely cattle or other animals.

The fact is, we have something that animals lack -- a capacity for eroticism.  I doubt that God would have given us that if it weren't meant to be enjoyed.

Frankly, I ignore both types of people who weigh in on the "acceptability" of homosexuality -- both the people who condemn it and the people who say they don't have a problem with it.  I simply don't give a d**n about someone disapproving of my innnate nature, nor do I need the patronizing of someone telling me they consent to my being this way -- who the h**l are both types to pass pro or con judgements on me or others that they've never met?  It's annoying for people to utter opinions about things that have no direct bearing on their own lives -- it's supremely egotistical of them to think of themselves as some arbiters of what others may do or not do, or think or not think.

If someone wants to salaciously fixate on what I'm doing within the privacy of my home, and getting their knickers in a twist over what they're imaging is happening, then they should at least have the decency to keep their mouths shut about it.  Homosexuality has been around for millenia and it ain't going anywhere anytime soon, so these people should just stop whining about it and mind their own business -- their blathering and pondering and worrying and complaining and condemning is NOT going to make one iota of difference, so they should just ignore it and save themselves from high blood pressure.

I think homosexuality is a life choice. as long as two people are in love, it shouldn't matter, whether they are of the same or opposite s*x. g**s can raise a kid just as well as any straight couple!
