So I've been driving for 2 years now and I'm ready to buy my first car. I narrowed my choices to these 3 cars. What do you guys think.

BTW are these cars appropriate for guys to drive or are they chick cars.

  1. The fusion is definately not a chick car, it has a very sophisticated look that will make anyone who drives it look professional.  the focus coupe is a little on the edge of manly vs feminine, but its still not a bad car.  finally with the civic, i dont like the way they look.  they are just kind of cheap in my eyes and like the focus, a little on the edge.

i would pick the fusion first, with the focus second.

good luck in purchasing, and try to buy one of the american made and american owned fords that you listed!

  2. The 2008 Ford Focus is a wonder full car! My wife and I both got the 08 model "SES" Focuses! The quality is amazing! no squeaks rattles of bangs to be heard!. Ford did lie about the fuel mileage though... the 08 Focus is rated at 35MPG hwy. but both my wife and I get 38-40MPG on ours! We both traded inn our Toyota's to buy the Focus and haven't looked back since! The fit and finish on the 08 Focus is wonderfull! and the heated leather seats are warm and comfy too!. And whatever you do make sure to get the upgraded Audiophile stereo! it sounds like a concert hall! and  just think of what you are going to do with the THOUSANDS of $$$$$ you will save not buying a Toyota or Honda! Maby a cruse in the Caribbean?.

  3. Honda Civic Coupe is probably the best built car out of the group, and that is coming from a ford fan that has little love for Honda.  Don't get the Focus because it will be replaced in 2012ish.  A new fusion is also in the works.  On the other hand the Civic coupe might be considered a chic car by some.
