Honda 6 Disc Compatible with MP3.(2005yrs)Problems!?

Question

I fixed on my wife car.Anti theft light blinking.ON and OFF button pressed down,but nothing happened.The screen remains black.There is nothing to show me to enter the code.I used the black,yellow and red wires behind the player.Someone please help! Thanks!

from your description I dont understand your problem????

If it is the factory honda radio here are some basic hints.

1.  The factory honda radio does not use the universal aftermarket wire colors !!!!!!                      

therefore you should NOT change any wires behind the radio, the black/yellow/red wire colors (ground/power/accy) are only used in aftermarket wire harness.  Your factory radio should be wired to the original harness color for color.

2.  If the radio says ERR1 or CODE , or has no display

        a. make sure the wires are hooked up to the factory wire colors in you changed anything

        b. remove the positive battery post for 60 seconds and then reconnect.  the radio should say CODE, then press the proper radio code.

        c.  if you do not have the proper radio code, then press preset 1 , preset 6, and the power button at the same time.  when done properly, the radio serial number will appear.  take the serial number to a honda dealer with your registration, they will give you the radio code free of charge
