Honda Accord 2007: Noisy problem.

Question

Hi, I have a Honda Accord 2007 which has about 14000 miles in it.

Since some time ago, when I try to start my car, I hear some scratching noisy, sometimes even before it starts: (for example, when you turn the key too long to start, then you hear this noisy).

Of course, I brought it to the dealership twice already , but they could not find any defect. Because at dealership, there was no noisy!..

And also, during the driving in low speed, I hear metal-rubbing sound when I hit bump, what is it?

Can you please give me some advice? I had Nissan for 8 years, but never had this kind of problem before and I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help..
