Honda Civic Radio - SVC...??

I have a stupid rental car, a 08 Honda Civic. The radio sounds like c**p and when I went to adjust the Bass, there was an option for "SVC"...?? That I could make it Off, Low, Medium or High. What does that mean? I am thinking Speed Volume Control? But not a Honda expert....

you are right.it is adjust how much the volume goes up with speed.
