Honda Company Power Plant in UK, is it starting? ?

My brother received a offer from Honda Corporation, Honda Power Plant under construction in North London, UK. But he received email from email id's like-"Felix Smith" <[e-mail]>; "Uk Embassy Authorised Visa Agency" <[e-mail]> and asking him to make a payment of 955GBP to Honda Company agent account who is in India. Please help on this concern and offer. Please check this friends.

Most likely a scam.

It&#039;s a fairly common one to pretend to be part of a company or group and ask for money for whatever reason. Usually when they&#039;re saying you&#039;ll be getting something (more money, a job, titles, whatever) in return later.
