  1. these days the 2 strokes are starting to sort of go out of style but they are still really agile but the 4 strokes are starting to be more popular and they are easier to ride. i personally think the 4 strokes are easier to ride and involve less shifting.

  2. You should get the crf150r because it will be easier to handle than the cr125r.  they dont make a 150 two stroke

    i hope this helps.

  3. You would fit better on a 150 but honda doesnt make any more 2 strokes now in 2008. i would go for the 150.

  4. what 150f are u talking about ? the motocross crf150 is defentley faster than an 85 2 stroke. if ure talking about the 230f fun/trail bike defentley stear clear of them they are not compition standard. personally if i were you id get a 250f you are big enough to have one your as big as me and i couldnt imagine trying to ride an 85/150. but if you are set on a small bike go for the crf150 they are fast they have more torqe than the 85 and there eaisier to ride than a two stroke

  5. Katie, I think you are a bit confused. All Honda 150's are 4 strokes (CRF), they do not make a CR150. The CR85 is not more expensive than the CRF150R, it is $1000 less. You must be looking at the CRF150F which is cheaper than the 85 but it is not a race bike. The CRF230 is not a S****y bike, it is a great bike for what it is intended for but that is not racing. It is a trail bike. Honda makes two 150's; the CRF150F is a trail bike just like the 230 and the CRF150R is a motocross bike. Yes you can race a 4 stroke and 90% of racers are on a 4 stroke. Either the 150R or the 85R would be great for MX racing. I know it can get very confusing with all of the models available. A great place to get more info on the 150R is www.thumpertalk.com   Good luck!!

  6. well 4 strokes are easer dont have to shift so much i think but 4 strokes are nice trail bike and if you really want to do actuall racing get the 2 stroke or just racing around with friends the 4 i have honda 05 crf 150 4 stroke i am 12 its a nice starter if have experance and its fast but to fast umm th 85r might be alright for racing if its racing type i wish i was with dad he raced i could tell more
