Honda Motorcycle with c**p smell on seat...

Question

What to do about a seat that smells like c**p? I bought the bike off a heavy set guy and the seat is all smushed down and smells like c**p. Can it be reupholstered and who or where to look? Thanks

well you could take off the seatcover and spray the foam with glen 20 or an odour remover then reupholster it

Even though iv never had this problem i would suggest getting some disinfectent and repetedly cleaning it

get the types with the nice pine or orange smell,

mabey next time when you get a bike monitor the eating habbits of the previous owner so you know what gases are penetrating the fibrers of the seat

bikes are to be ridden not sniffed, the only thing i sniff on my bike is the exhaust fumes becuase i love that 2 stroke scent...... oh yeah

You can try a new-used seat on EBay or spring for a new seat from Corbin.  I can honestly say I never smelled a motorcycle seat before, but for everything there is a first.

HONDA DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE AROMA.  IT'S NORMAL ON ASIAN IMPORTS.
