Honda Prelude Radio Says Err-3 how do i fix it???

I have a 1998 Honda Prelude. Every time i turn on the radio or try to change disc nothing works. I get a message that says Err-3. I try to enter the code for the radio and nothing works. Err-3. How do i fix this??? Recently the car was out of battery but now its charged and running. How do i fix the stereo problem????

if the radio plays the radio works. but if its err on disk only it is not reading the disk and there may be dust on the eye that reads the disk. if no radio look at radio fuse and memory fuse
