Honda Ruckus?

I am interested in getting a reliable scooter, like a honda. And i was wondering what the top speed of a Honda Ruckus is? Also, is a Honda Ruckus street legal and if so do i need a motorcycle license? Thank you in advance.

I,m not sure about most states but the old rule was if it didn,t go over 18mph you didn,t need a licence. All you have to do is ask a cop. Who else would know better.

The honda ruckus is similar in performance to the honda metropolitan. I think both are less powerfull than your average 50cc scooter. The yamaha zooma is one of the more powerful 50cc scooters out there. I think it's a 2 stroke. Unless you want to go off road, I would go with the Zooma.
