Honda civic ex 3rd gear?

Question

So when i go to shift into 3rd gear, if the rpm is any higher than like say 3500, it will grind, no matter what. the clutch could be to the floor and it would not make a difference, and it does not do this in any other gears, i cant figure it out. any one know what it is maybe, or what i can do>??????

The clutch disc's gear is bent.

your shift syncros are bad. you need to take the tranny apart to replace them.
