it depends what you are looking for. both are good reliable cards that get excellent gas millage (on their sedans, suvs is a different story).

Toyota is not as sporty (with few exceptions) but its a comfortable car. its a passenger car.

Honda has sportier looking cars (with few exceptions) and (like the civic) are low to the ground. gives them great handling but might not be comfortable to drive for certain people or if you are very tall.

Honda's are more trendy,

Toyota's are more utilitarian.

Both are a good buy. (As long as some dumb a$$ hasn't riced it out.)
