Honda or Yamaha??!!?

My boyfriend and I both race dirt bikes, he rides a Honda and I, a Yamaha, we are always joking about which is the better machine, now I want everyone else's opinion. Which do you think is better and why? Be very specific...

the Honda has won every comparison test against the Yamaha for 15 years, there is a reason for that.

It totally depends upon what specific honda and what specific Yamaha.  Also upon who is riding which.  As Wiggy has stated a bad rider on a good bike still won't do any good.  It is like trying to compare apples and oranges.  Too many variables.

A good rider will always win on the worst bike, so there is no " better " bike.

A KTM is better then both anyway.

If they're 4-strokes, the Honda is better.  If they're 2-strokes, the Yamaha is better.
