Honda xr sprocket and and rear rim?

Question

Ok i have a question i went dirt biking again and the "nut" that holds the sprocket on broke.. and the bolt i think fell into my rear rim hub.. and as i put it in neut move it foward 5 meters jams up back it up its good may be 8 meters move forward may be 7m its jams up so i think it broke in the rim its caused becuz the bolt is stuck against sumthing.. is it posible to take apart the hub where my emergency brake is.. to get the bolt out?.. the bike starts.. just i think the bolt some how got loose in the rim near the axel.. cud i take it apart? IS IT POSSIBLE? and how do i do it? its wat ever holds the spokes up is what i need to get into.. to remove it :( any ideas guys?

Remove the rear wheel and inspect for any problems.
