Honduras culture?

What are some of the local customs? What are some cultural and religious beliefs? What are ways people promote their health?

What are ways that visitors there can be respectful of the local traditions? Is there anything a visitor should just NOT DO?

Wow you got so many questions!! I used to live in Honduras and life in Honduras isn't as different as in the US.

Regarding local customs it's a little bit too broad can you please specify.

As for religious beliefs they are all Christians. However some are Catholics and Evangelistic those 2 are ones I've seen in my country.

Ways people promote their health? well not really sure. I mean their is lots of poverty and people are not able to afford  to see a doctor worse medications. As for more wealthier people they go to the gym and eat health I guess.

If you are planning on visiting and being respectful then I would suggest you being humble because the country is somewhat poor, so don't mind that and be humble. Also don't do things you wouldn't do in your country and you'll be alright in Honduras, as simple as that.
