about Andrew Bynum? Is he going to be an all star one day? or just a good center, but won't be a all star? Do you think he has the talent to be the best center in the NBA one day?

  1. I think the guy is overrated to be honest

  2. OVER-RATED man child savior of the Lakers? He had a decent half a season, now he's going to bloom into the matrix of Malone/Russel/Wilt/Jabbar? Well we'll just see now won't we.....I hope he does stay healthy and play good this year, so the Lakers can still lose with him.

  3. No, hes not an all star. He is an above average center, and like MC said, one of the last true centers in the league, but he just isnt dynamic enough offensively to be an all star. But than again, with all the Lakers fans out there, he could be voted on anyway.

  4. yes he will make it !

he is strong, and very talented !

  5. He better be carefull, as he can turn into another Eddie Curry.

  6. Future all-star, but I'm not sure if he's a future star. He certainly has that potential. He just needs to develop his range, his post moves, and his defense. He's still young and he's improved every season though.

More importantly, he's exactly what the Lakers need. With the inconsistent postseason play of Gasol and Odom, Bynum is a great post player to support the team. He gives the Lakers the best inside game in the league.

  7. He can probably become an all star at some point just because of the lack of good centers in the NBA. But I doubt he'll ever be a superstar or the best center in the NBA. He will be overshadowed by Yao Ming, Dwight Howard, and Greg Oden and maybe others too. But I think he potentially has a few all-star appearances in him starting in 08-09 because while Yao will be the West's starting center, Amare has moved to PF with Shaq being on the Suns and Oden will be a rookie. That gives Bynum a really good opportunity to be the bench center for the Western All-Star team  this year.

  8. He seems like a good player and must have some skill if phil jackson didn't want to trade him. He might be an all star but i don't think he will be the best center in the NBA. the injury might have changed his career around.

  9. bynum is alright.  I'm pretty sure if the lakers had him in the finalz we would have beat the boston Celtics for sure!  hes big body to me in my opion. and I'm a str8 out lakerz fan for lifey.

  10. Bynum is overrated, other than the 17 solid games he had last year he's done nothing to justify the hype many have bestowed upon him..

  11. the thing about bynum is his efficiency at such a young age. he plays about 28 minutes and gets a double double with 2 blocks. his points come of put backs and rebounds. if he develops an offensive game he will be a marvelous center that will be a quintessential in the lakers new dynasty.

  12. Honestly, I think he is the center of the future. Possibly even better than Dwight Howard. One thing is for sure, Howard and him will be the centers of the future! Its like, its either Bynum or Howard. Pick your poison. They'll be the two biggest center names ala Yao and Shaq the last couple of years. Is he a future all-star? Yes. He should have been an all-star if he wasn't injured. The coaches would vote for him. Does he have the talent to be the best center in the NBA one day? Yes. After all, the greatest center of all time coaches him -- Kareem Abdul Jabbar.

  13. he a good center but lakers fans think wen he comeback they gonna win a Champion ship he aint dat d**n good
