I was at an ice cream stand with my sister's bf and it was a nice summer's night and I was feeling good about things and we were waiting in line and I was talking and this older guy was with his daughter and he looks at me and goes "It's interesting, you're making it sound like you're in California on vacation or something". I calmly explained it's a nice summer night with friends, there's nothing wrong with that. And he kind of talk to me like he was joking but like I was annoying him. He was annoying me.

I tried to be mature about it, but it's like why is it if I have a good time someone's got to be an a*****e? Is that just "life"?

Same thing happened Christmas day. I was singing and this guy pulled up to me after I looked at him and said "You got something to say to me?" "I said no I got nothing to say to you" and he's lucky I just gave him the finger.

  1. lighten up! you're too self centered

  2. People who are overly stressed automatically assume that everyone else has to feel the same way so they think anyone who is happy must be faking it. Ignore these people. They have problems of their own that don't concern you so next time "one of them" accosts you for having a good time just don't respond. It's far better than giving those stressed people the satisfaction of knowing they made someone else feel bad.

  3. Everybody knows that Ca. is famous for being the land of fruit and nuts. Either you are giving off some kind of hostile body language or you ran into a couple of nuts. Either way they were out of line for butting into your business. In Ca. I would be careful about giving anyone the finger.

  4. ?

  5. Blow it off.  Those are trivial matters to concern yourself with.
