Is Malaysia a suitable place for honeymoon?

I think it would be fine. Make sure you check and see if there is a resort down there if that's what you want. How does the FI feel about it? if you both are up for it than go for it!!

I am going to Cambodia and Thailand so I think Malaysia will be just as great!  My fiance has been to Malaysia and loved it.  The photos he took look great.  I would go to www.tripadvisor.com and look up hotels and such on there.  People give reviews and that helps a lot in finding good hotels, restaurants, etc.

I think anywhere can be suitable for a honeymoon...it is not about location it is about who you are with.
