  1. Hyatt regency in Kathmandu. 5-star

Fulbari Resort and Spa in Pokhara. 5- star

Nagarkot - Club Himalaya 5-star (recommended for few nights) hill resort away from Kathmandu.

Many restaurants are available in Kathmandu. Also there are many places to visit in Kathmandu and other nearby places around kathmandu.

  2. not a good idea, at the current situation going on there right now. nepal is havoc right now with the maoist rebels, five years ago it would have been a perfect spot. Thamel, is biggest tourist area in katmandu all the best restaurants and thigns to do are in that area.

  3. Lot of cheap places and accomodation available in Nepal , but the place is not recommended right now , due to the rage against monarchy by Nepalese citizens

  4. nepal is a lovely place..popular honeymoon destination for people of the indian sub continent.inspite of political chaos,it still remains safe for tourists..i stayed at the YAK AND YETI HOTEL..IN KATHMANDU.. it used to be a palace and now is a hotel..It has a nice casino too.once u arrive in nepal,u can find good tour operators to help u out with sight seeing etc..i visited pokhra, dhulikhel and nagarkot in nepal too..very peaceful and serene places with natural beauty at its peak..try the mountain flight by NECON AIR..they take u to a high altitude and u can see snow clad peaks..breath taking and u will never forget this ride..but try to get some more information..their services could have deteriorated since i last visited...so ask ur travel agent, hotel travel desk and locals too...
