Honeymooning at Sandals... which Island and which room?

We are totally stuck on which Sandals resort will be the best for our honeymoon... we are going in March 08, so it would be nice if it was hot, easy beach and pool access, whirlpool in room, friendly service.

Also do you know if the cheaper rooms are just as nice, or do they resemble a Holiday inn?
