NMS has chosen the correct location. As per the drinks, they run about 8USD for a regular beer to about 12USD for better beers. The girls do not take anything off and are dressed in grandma underwear and look like they are clinically depressed.  

It's just a string of hole in the wall bars, each one exactly the same as the next.

It is called Portland Street in Mongkok. Every Hong Konger knows where it is. Get to Mongkok by MTR and you will see it. I believe it is at C 2 exit.

4 the westerner, it's located in Wanchai on Lockhart Road. u can c many pubs in red lights + curtain at their entrance. gals there mostly r Philo. English speaking of cos.... u can hv a drink there & watch some table-dance. pay more to get other svc. 4 the locals, they go Mongkok - Portland Street. once u c those yellow lightbox outside. that's the 1.
