Honolulu subsidized police cars?

I know they have like one blue light on the top but is there more on the dash and on the car. Also do they have sirens?

  1. this blue light identifies a member of the firee company or a amoulance driver or a doctor or someone that is not a police officer but is responding to some sort of emergency  usually it is their own vechicle.. that in new jersey ok

    Subsidize mean to pay part or all of the cost.  The city / state always pays for the police cars.  And all police cars have sirens (even in China).  I'm confused as to what are you asking?
