  1. Yes. Israel was never a peaceful palestinian land, that is a myth. It was before Jewish immigration a relatively uninhabited wasteland and part of the Ottoman empire. There is no occupation.

  2. Israel is the nation of God's chosen people.

  3. I believe that the world needs an Israel.

But I also believe it needs a viable Palestine.

A mistake was made in 1949.  It wasn't the Jews' mistake and it wasn't the Arabs' - it was a mistake made by Britain and the world at large.

They forgot that you can't compensate one set of victims by creating another set of victims.

Now we need to find a SENSIBLE way out of this.

Blaming one side or the other hasn't worked for 60 years.

Time to stop playing the blame game, accept that nobody's going to get everything they want and put an end to this nightmare.

  4.   No I don't believe in the country of Isreal. I think the jews should all move back to New York, their mother country, and give it back to the Palestinians.

  5. Where did you get that misinformation. "Palestine" was a anglo/french invention after they took the region over from the Turks after WW1. It was never a peaceful land. Semites and Arabs have always been troublesome.

After WWII there were a massive amount of Displaced People, primarily jews, and the germans had effectively  erradicated them from the face of the earth. The survivors of the war had no place to go. Placing them in the barren Palestinan mandate was as good a place as any. Incidentally, Zionists in the nineteenth century have immigrated and settled in Palestine in large numbers without incident.

The jews took and held the real estate they term "Israel". Have created a thriving country in the middle of a barren wasteland.

  6. Your question seems to imply a historical falsehood, namely that before Israel came along things were "peaceful". In fact, if one bothers to study the history of the area before 1948 (the year the State of Israel was born) one will find numerous incidents where things were anything but peaceful.

And when you say it was "Palestinian land" what exactly do you mean by that? It obviously was not a sovereign state. It was a colony of Britain and the Ottoman Empire before that. So how exactly is it Palestinian land?

  7. Israel belongs to the Israeli.

  8. I cant believe it that some people here still believe the myth that Palestine was uninhabited before 1948 or it did not exist!!!

these thoughts where creating during the initial zionist advertising for immigration to Palestine under the slogan of:"a land without a people for a people without a land". even the israeli government itself admited that these claims where wrong.

a message to these people: GET AN EDUCATION

  9. Yes I believe in Israel the country with that said I do not believe the United States should be bending over backwards for Israel. Oh we should always support our allies but we shouldn't let Israeli interests dictate our foreign policy in the Middle East.

  10. yes and if you believe in the bible you would know that israel belonged to the jews and will forever regardless of the palestinian occupation

  11. I believe a jewish nation is a good idea if some feel they need one, but putting it in that silly place... I mean, right in the Middle East?!

Who cares if the ethnically came from there?! Everyone in America isn't going to flock back to Europe any time soon!

Put Israel in Alaska. Problem solved.

  12. I think that what the illegitimate state of Israel backed by the British government has done to the Palestinian people warrants a war crimes investigation. Anyone who has watched over the years how Israeli patriotism has allowed Palestine to slowly disappear will realize that what is happening is wrong.

The Balfour Declaration was arrogant and totally undemocratic. How could a member of the British parliament hand over a country that did not belong to them?

Perhaps some research on the House of Rothschild and the State of Israel will help people understand the bigger picture.

  13. History lesson time I see.

There never was a country in the history of the world called Palestine until 1967 when Yasar Arafat declared it to be.

This includes 4500 years of recorded history, Egypt, Babylons,Greek, and Roman history.

The land that Israel has now was theirs until they were over thrown by each of the countries and then the Ottoman Empire which stayed there until the first World War. However they always had a Jewish population in this region without any trouble because the Ottoman made them pay taxes like ever one else just higher.

Also when the Jewish people bought the land it had to be approved by the rulers in Turkey.

The land that the Palestine's claim to have lost was because the Arab countries around the area told them to leave the area and when the Jews were whipped out they would have all the land to themselves. When this did not happen they Arab countries refused to let the Palestinian people have there own land because with very few exceptions they were nomads and the Arab countries did not like them that much.

Israel has time and again tried to give the Palestines land for peace but it has never happened.

So yes I believe that Israel should be and has every right to be a country where they are now.
