Hooch Snuff?

There is this tobacco free dip called hooch snuff, well is it the kind you put in your gum or is it the kind you snipp up your nose.

Snuff refers to the size of the particles of tobacco.  There is dry snuff, which you snort and moist snuff which you put in your mouth between the teeth and gums.  This is the moist snuff type.  

Other names for this type are chew, which is also incorrect as this refers to long leaf chews held in the side of the mouth.
