im gonna be 18, i want to go on my 18th bday but my friends are 17. will i be able to card for them, or will they not be allowed in?

Cafe Horus on 10th and A, never seen anyone carded there(and one of my friends looks like she's 12)

Walk down Steinway Street between Astoria Boulevard and 28th Avenue(in Queens)-there's like 10 hookah bars on that one block, one of them should let you in...
