I have a DVDR or DVR, I don't know what it's technically called, but it records shows from your tv on to dvds. Anyway, I am trying to hook it up to a different TV in my house which doesn't have an "out" on it which you need to take the audio and video from the tv and plug it into the "in" on the DVDR, my tv only has an "in". Is there something I can buy to hook up to my TV to change this so I can hook up my DVDR to record my shows or do I need a new TV??????

  1. As long as your TV has one thing ont he back you should be fine.  Go from the wall to the 'in' on the DVR and then from the 'out' on the DVR to your TV.

If you are hooking a VCR/ or DVd player up also then go from the wall to the 'in' on the DVR, then from the'out' on the DVR to the VRC/DVD player and then from that to your tv.    Sorry if this sounds confusing!
