Hookup 2nd computer screen?

Question

i have to computer monitors and i want to hook them both up side by side on the same computer. or is there anyway of hooking up my laptop to use as a second screen since i need the monitor plug for my satellite.

if your laptop also has a DVI/VGI (cant remember), anyway the pink one,then you should be able  to use that with the monitor and satellite, but if not then im not sure
