Hoon Thien How and Tan Wee Kiong claim Men’s Doubles title at National Circuit GP Finals
Malaysia’s Hoon Thien How and Tan Wee Kiong proved their supremacy on court and wrapped up Men’s Doubles title at the Maybank National Circuit GP Finals 2012 in Malaysia, on Sunday, December 30.
The impressive Hoon Thien and Tan Wee showed their aggression in the final encounter and toppled Chooi Kah Ming and Ow Yao Han in a crushing fashion by taking just 32 minutes.
Hoon Thien and Tan Wee showed their highly elevated skills in the arena and they thrashed their challengers in a magnificent manner without dropping any set.
The in-form Hoon Thien and Tan Wee finished up the final battle in straight games with a huge 21-14 and 21-15 score on the board.
Meanwhile, Chooi Kah and Ow Yao also displayed their lofty craft in the opening parts of both sets but they failed to play positive badminton in the concluding stages and lost the match without winning any set.
Hoon Thien and Tan Wee showed a wonderful aggression in the arena from the initial points of first game by building up a huge pressure on their rivals.

Nevertheless, in the second half, the lofty Hoon Thien and Tan Wee changed their tactics and controlled the pace of rallies.
The impressive Hoon Thien and Tan Wee stayed confident and easily wrapped up the second game by a superb 21-15 score and sealed off a straight-set victory to bag the title.
