Hooters Girl Orientation?

I'm supposed to go to the hooters girl orientation tomorrow. I was just curious about the whole hiring process. Does this mean I'm pretty much hired or no? And what is the orientation like? What should I wear?

I love d Hooters! Well, if they have already invited you for orientation,it means that you are almost hired.They want you to take a look at how hooters work,dressing while at work, friendly culture,music...etc.

They want to make sure that you are OK with their culture and can comfortably blend in with them and be a value add on to them.

Once the orientation is done,they might ask you to sign up your willingness to join them!!

I dont know what to think! A Hooters opened up in my area, College town, California, sunny weather, hot girls every where but Hooters. They interviewed these girls outside in a Lowes parking lot. While shopping there I saw hot chicks all over the place this went on for several days, guys were lined up watching these girls. I've visited that Hooters about 6 times since and have never seen a goodlooking girl ever. Most are fat, and nasty, I don't understand! I've asked just about everyone  I know and they all say the samething. These chicks should be working at Dennys. The local steak houses is where the good looking ones are at.

If you were told to go to the orientation that means you have already been hired.  They will just tell you a bit of Hooter's history and further explain your job, dress code, and other things like that.  Wear jeans and a nice blouse so it's casual but still looks nice.

if you're going in for an orientation you may be in. as long as you don't really blow it. call backs are pretty positive. wear something super cute and SMILE
