Question

Hi,I just bought a used dishwasher (1 yr old) that was supposed to be working (but they haven't used it for a few months). When I start a program, water comes in and fills the bottom of the dishwasher, then it just sits there (there is a humming noise) but there is no washing and then at the end of the program it pumps out the water. Could anyone please help me. ThanksGeorg
