Hoover Mach 5 sweeper

Stopped while using it. I checked the cord. Checked the fuse box. Found a clog. Took it apart and removed the clog of hair and carpet fuzz. Still does not work. Is there a fuse in this piece of equipment? Husband "put" the book away. Who knows where. If it has a fuse, where? Thanks
