We have a Hoover Z-400, purchased approximately one year ago. I have noted throughout the time I've used this machine that there seems to be a lot of dust in the Hepa filter area. Please note that I am meticulous about cleaning the dust/dirt collection part of the machine EVERY time I use it. Approximately one month ago, the Hepa filter stopped turning. I took it in for service and the Hepa filter unit was taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. It contained a lot of dirt; otherwise, it appeared to be in working area. Now, one month later, the Hepa filter has stopped turning again.
Is the Hepa filter defective, or am I not doing something I should be doing, and what can I do to eliminate and fix this problem?
