You need an ice cream maker, either electric or one you crank by hand.  Ice and rock salt (to keep it really cold) around the bucket you make the ice cream in.  For the ice cream you will need cream, milk, flavorings (vanilla, chocolate, fruit, etc) and sugar.  Then you crank it until the cream mixture gets thick and yummy.  Eat it.
